    01

    Day 1 (Thu) Ha Noi - Ha Giang – Nam Dam (370km)

    Early departure for a long journey from Ha Noi, you will arrive in Ha Giang at noon time for the lunch. Relatively undiscovered, this “off-the-beaten-track” destination is unique for its well-preserved traditions and local culture. Afternoon, take a scenic drive to Quan Ba, a small town in the province with stops en route for photographs at Heaven’s Gate and the Fairy Mountain. Start your soft trek down to Nam Dam Village (populated by the Long Dress Zao ethnic minority, ~ 5km, 2h, level 2.5/5). You will have an opportunity to walk around to get a taste of very authentic rural daily life. Afterwards, observe the locals completing their daily work and making their way home. Check in at a local Dao  homestay.

    02

    (Fri) Nam Dam – Lung Cu (130km)

    After breakfast, drive to visit a White Hmong village which specializes in flax weaving. This is a wonderful opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the village. There will be another visit to a village of the Zao Lanten before taking a lunch break. After lunch, proceed to Sung La to discover a LoLo house and its people (the LoLo minority is one of Vietnam's least-common ethnic people and are only found within this region). Afterwards, visit the impressive ancient Hmong King Palace before heading to Lung Cu - the sacred northernmost point of Vietnam and nest of Lo Lo ethnic minority in Lo Lo Chai Village. Arrive in the late afternoon and check into a Lo Lo homestay.

    03

    (Sat) Lung Cu – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Dong Van (50km)

    After breakfast, enjoy a tranquil start to the day in Vietnam’s northernmost village. You will then be transferred by vehicle to visit the iconic Lung Cu Flag Tower, a powerful symbol of national pride marking the northernmost point of the country.
    Alternatively, you may choose a leisurely village walk of approximately 1.5 hours, exploring Lo Lo Chai and its surroundings, with earthen houses, stone fences and cornfields offering an intimate glimpse into local daily life.

    Leaving Lo Lo Chai, continue by road to the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of the most spectacular mountain passes in Vietnam. Upon arrival, embark on a boat cruise along the emerald waters of the Nho Que River, winding through dramatic limestone gorges beneath towering cliffs. Lunch is served while enjoying panoramic views of the majestic canyon and untouched natural landscape.

    In the afternoon, depart Ma Pi Leng and drive back to Dong Van Town. On arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

    04

    (Sun) Dong Van – Meo Vac – Yen Minh – Ha Giang (170 km)

    In the morning, visit the Sunday Dong Van minority market (one of the most beautiful minority markets in Vietnam). Before reaching the peak of Ma Pi Leng, you will be able to admire the panoramic views of a rocky mountain, a river and paddy field terraces. Visit Meo Vac Market where cattle are traded then proceed to Yen Minh Town for lunch. After lunch, drive to Ha Giang. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.

    05

    (Mon) Ha Giang - Ha Noi (320km)

    Take a walk in the morning around the village to observe the local lifestyle and immerse in the tranquil mountainous scenery. Return to Ha Noi. Lunch en route. Arrive in Ha Noi and transfer to a hotel.

+ Cancellations made at least 14 days before the tour departure are eligible for a full refund.

+ Cancellations made between 14 -7 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

+ Cancellations made less than 7 days or no show before departure will be subject to a 100% charge.
