Two days Bassac Cruise experience offers a slow and immersive journey into the Mekong Delta’s river life. Cruise along peaceful waterways, enjoy freshly prepared meals onboard, explore riverside villages, and spend a tranquil night on the river at Co Chien. On the second day, visit Cai Be to discover traditional rice cake and rice paper making before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

01

Ho Chi Minh City - Can Tho - Mang Thit

Take a morning drive to Can Tho City (without a transfer guide). Arrive in Can Tho and board the riverboat Bassac. Have lunch onboard while cruising on the water. Stop for a brief walking tour of villages lining the riverbanks with the Bassac’s guide. Dock at Co Chien for an overnight stay.

Mang Thit - Cai Be - Ho Chi Minh City

Cruise to Cai Be in the morning to visit the area before continuing by boat to a family-run business producing rice cake and rice paper. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City (without transfer guide).

+ A 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.

+ The remaining 70% must be paid at least 14 days prior to tour departure.

Cancellation

+ Cancellations made at least 14 days before the tour departure are eligible for a full refund.

+ Cancellations made between 14 -7 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

+ Cancellations made less than 7 days or no show before departure will be subject to a 100% charge.
