Verified PurchaseBy Hannah Williams(Canada)March 22, 2026 Vietnam South To North10 days. 2,000 kilometers. An unforgettable country. This journey from the Mekong Delta to the mountains of Sapa gave me the perfect taste of Vietnam's incredible diversity. I started in Ho Chi Minh City, diving into Cu Chi Tunnels and the chaotic charm of Saigon's alleys before floating through the Mekong Delta's coconut canals. Then a quick flight to Da Nang led me to Hoi An – where I spent a magical evening releasing lanterns into the Thu Bon River, wearing clothes tailored just 24 hours earlier. Hue's Imperial Citadel whispered stories of emperors past, while the Hai Van Pass offered clouds at my feet. Hanoi stole my heart with egg coffee and centuries-old architecture, but Sapa? The overnight train was an adventure in itself, and waking up to misty rice terraces in Lao Chai Village felt like stepping into another world. Ha Long Bay's limestone karsts rising from emerald water was the grand finale – kayaking through hidden lagoons at sunset. This tour balanced history, nature, culture, and just enough beach time. Essential indeed – I left with a full heart and a promise to return.Date of Experience: March 11, 2026
