1. Card – a secure online payment gateway

Online Onepay payment gateway is highly recommended for fast, safe, and convenient. We connect with the OnePay Payment Gateway (www.onepay.vn) to accept online payments by debit and credit cards. You can use your card to deposit an online link sent by our travel consultant.

Note: Please kindly understand that a 3.5% service fee will be charged for payment by card. This fee belongs to the bank and we only receive the net cost. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB .

 

2. International Wire Transfer

1. Why should I choose a Da Nang tour package?

We currently accept secure online payments by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB) through the OnePay payment gateway, as well as international bank transfers. Both options are safe and widely used by our international travelers

Yes. Your online payment is processed through the secure OnePay Payment Gateway, which uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial information. Vietnam Tourist never stores your card details.

Yes. A 3.5% bank service fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. This fee is charged by the payment provider and banking system, not by Vietnam Tourist

Absolutely. International bank transfer is an excellent option, especially for larger payments. Once your transfer is completed, simply send us the payment confirmation so we can verify it and confirm your booking as quickly as possible.

For bank transfers, we provide accounts in both USD and Vietnamese Dong (VND). If you have questions about your preferred currency, our travel consultants will be happy to assist you before you make the payment.

A 30% deposit is generally required to confirm your booking, while the remaining balance should be paid at least 30 days before departure. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required upon confirmation.

Once your payment has been successfully verified, our travel consultant will send you a confirmation email along with the next steps for your trip. If you don’t receive confirmation within one business day, please contact us for assistance.

Yes. A family member, friend, or colleague can make the payment on your behalf. Please let your travel consultant know the payer’s name and include your booking reference in the payment details so we can match the transaction correctly.

If your card payment is unsuccessful, don’t worry. First, check with your bank to ensure international online transactions are enabled. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by international bank transfer or contact our team for assistance with another payment solution.
