Everything was perfect! ❤️

Michael was very kind, friendly, and professional throughout the booking. The itinerary was well organized, transportation was smooth, and everything went according to plan. He was always patient and helpful. I especially appreciated his clear explanations and positive attitude during the booking.

I had a wonderful experience with this company and would highly recommend this tour to anyone. I would definitely come back here next time to book other trips!

I’ve exchanged money with Michael several times, and he’s always been reliable. He consistently gives one of the best exchange rates, and the whole process is smooth, quick, and hassle-free.

What I really appreciated is that he’s always happy to help beyond just exchanging money. He shared some great suggestions on places to visit in and around Hanoi, which made our trip even better.

If you’re visiting Hanoi, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Michael. Honest, friendly, and someone you can trust. I’ll certainly be reaching out to him again on my next visit.
