Verified PurchaseBy Declan O'Shea May 22, 2026 I Swam with Fish and Cried Happy TearsBest day in Phu Quoc, hands down. The snorkeling at Xuong Island was unreal—coral everywhere, fish of every color, and I definitely yelled "NEMO!" into my snorkel at one point. Lunch on the boat was simple but delicious (hungry + sea breeze = perfection), and May Rut Trong was so beautiful I actually got emotional. White sand, turquoise water, not too many people. I floated on my back for an hour, staring at the sky, doing absolutely nothing. Pure bliss.

Verified PurchaseBy Anders Holm May 16, 2026 Float. Watch. Breathe.Boat left at ten. Water was warm. Mask on. Face down. Coral. Fish. Blue. Lunch on the boat. Then May Rut Trong: white sand, no words, just sun. Back by four. I saw something beautiful. I said nothing. That was enough.

Verified PurchaseBy Enzo Martelli May 16, 2026 No Bullshit. Just Great Snorkeling.Xuong Island: coral is fantastic, water is clear, fish are everywhere—saw parrotfish, clownfish, something with teeth that I swam away from quickly. Lunch on the boat is basic but fine (rice, fish, fruit). May Rut Trong: white sand, turquoise water, perfect for floating. Not overcrowded when we went. Bring reef-safe sunscreen. The crew was friendly and professional. Would absolutely do this again. Best snorkeling of my entire Vietnam trip.

Verified PurchaseBy Deepa Rajan May 15, 2026 What the Sea UnlockedI have always feared the open water—its depth, its darkness, its unknown—but Phu Quoc held my hand and led me gently in, and suddenly I was breathing underwater, watching coral breathe with me. Xuong Island showed me a world I had only ever seen in documentaries: parrotfish grazing, anemones swaying, a cuttlefish shifting colors like a living kaleidoscope. May Rut Trong let me rest afterward, white sand warm beneath my tired body, and I lay there, sun on my face, grateful for a country that had taught me to trust the sea.

Verified PurchaseBy Ronan Doyle May 13, 2026 I Snorkeled Until My Face HurtWhat a day! Xuong Island snorkeling was absolutely incredible—coral like I've never seen, fish everywhere, and I definitely swallowed some seawater because I kept gasping at the beauty. Lunch on the boat was basic but delicious (starving + sea air = best meal ever). Then May Rut Trong: white sand, turquoise water, pure paradise. I floated on my back for an hour, too tired to swim, too happy to care. Best snorkeling trip of my life. My face is sunburned. Worth it.

Verified PurchaseBy Maren Jørgensen May 10, 2026 I Still Dream of That Turquoise WaterMonths later, I still close my eyes and feel Phu Quoc's water holding me—warm, weightless, the sun filtering through blue-green depths onto coral gardens I had only ever seen in nature documentaries. I still remember the exact moment a sea turtle glided past me at Xuong Island, close enough to touch, and I forgot to breathe, frozen in wonder and disbelief. May Rut Trong's white sand has become a photograph on my wall, but the real souvenir is something else—the quiet peace I found floating on my back, staring at the sky, belonging nowhere and everywhere at once.

Verified PurchaseBy Elena Petrova May 10, 2026 Beautiful Islands and Crystal-Clear WaterI had an amazing time exploring the islands around Phu Quoc. Snorkeling at Xuong Island was unforgettable, and the beach at May Rut Trong was absolutely stunning. The whole trip felt very relaxing.

Verified PurchaseBy Irina Fedorov May 9, 2026 The Ocean's Secret GardenThe boat hummed beneath me as we cut through water the color of melted emeralds, and I watched the coastline shrink to a green whisper behind us. Xuong Island revealed its treasures slowly—first a flash of orange, then a school of silver, then coral gardens blooming in shades I had no names for, a sea turtle drifting past like a benediction. May Rut Trong welcomed me back to the surface with white sand and warm shallows, and I lay there, salt drying on my skin, already planning my return to that underwater world.

Verified PurchaseBy Ginevra Rossi May 8, 2026 A Hymn in Blue and GoldI slipped beneath the surface and forgot I had ever breathed air—the water held me, the coral swayed like a choir, and fish in gold and sapphire wove between me and the light. Xuong Island was a psalm written in purple and green, a sea turtle its ancient priest gliding through the current with a patience I could only admire. May Rut Trong called me back to the world of sun and sand, and I emerged dripping, blinking, transformed.

Verified PurchaseBy Erik Sundström May 7, 2026 Down. Under. Quiet.Ten o'clock: boat. Eleven: snorkel. Coral. Fish. Blue. Lunch on deck. One-thirty: May Rut Trong. White sand. Warm water. Silence. Four-thirty: back. My skin smelled like sea. My eyes had seen color I could not name. I did not need words.
