(TITC) – Recently, a global study by UK financial services platform MoneySuperMarket has identified the top destinations around the world where hospitality and customer service shine brightest. Hanoi has been officially listed second among the world’s most welcoming cities.

In an analysis of over 100,000 customer reviews across 107 major destination cities, 58.6% of reviews for Hanoi’s restaurants, cafes, bars, and tourist attractions specifically highlighted friendly staff and exceptional hospitality.

Hanoi finished just behind Edinburgh, Scotland (59.0%) and surpassed renowned global tourist hotspots such as Livepool, Paris, Dublin, Vienna, Abu Dhabi…

The report attributes Hanoi’s success to Vietnam’s deeply ingrained cultural values, noting that warmth in customer service comes naturally from a heritage centred on community spirit, social harmony, and genuine hospitality toward guests.
